About this property

In the quiet heart of Winterberg, within walking distance of the ski carousel, the bike park and the adventure bridge, the two balconies invite you to a sunny breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. You enter the high-quality kitchen and the two-bed bedroom (both with balcony access) and the luxurious shower room via the hallway. From the large, modern living room you can reach the second part of the apartment on the top floor by stairs. There is a 2x2m bed with separate mattresses, a 2x2m sofa bed and a second shower bathroom. Especially in winter after a nice day of skiing, when it is snowing or when it rains, it becomes cozy under the high pointed roof. A few board games are available for the end of the evening. A ski cellar is available for storing skis or bikes. Here you will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer (for a coin).

Herbst Biketrip

Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung, der Ablauf der Buchung und des Check ins waren einwandfrei. Die Lage ist sehr nah am Bikepark und war somit für uns perfekt. Wenn die Wohnung noch ein eigenes WLAN hätte wären es 100% perfekt.

Nachts zeitweise laut, sonst schön!

Es erfolgte eine freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung in die Wohnung durch die Verantwortliche vor Ort. Ausfüllen der Gästekarte erfolgte durch uns. Die SommerCard war nicht vorbereitet, konnte durch uns an der Touristeninfo abgeholt werden (Abholung wurde uns angeboten). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, welches direkt (!) an der B480 liegt. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen (oberstes Geschoss und Dachgeschoß) mit einem Treppenflur, der auch von dem Besitzer einer weiteren Privatwohnung jederzeit hätte betreten werden können. Dies soll aber selten bis gar nicht vorkommen und dies war auch bei uns so. Trotzdem schränkt es irgendwie die Privatsphäre ein. Eine (für Pkw vmtl. zu kleine) Garage gehört zum Objekt. Diese hat nach Außen ein abschließbares Garagentor. Raumseits kann diese aber von jedem Hausbewohner betreten werden. Die Sauberkeit (auch der beiden kleinen Standardbadezimmer) war Spitze, wie selten erlebt. 👍Allerdings waren die Wasserabläufe in den Waschbecken und der oberen Dusche schlecht ablaufend. Der Südbalkon ist nett mit einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühlen ausgestattet. Der Ostbalkon war nur mit einem sehr unsauberen Holztisch ausgestattet. In die Innenstadt gelangt man fußläufig in ca. 30 Minuten. Den Bikepark erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten.
