A beautiful, spacious (90 m²) apartment nestled in nature and perfect for rest and relaxation. The apartment is located in Silbach, just 5 km from Winterberg. Winterberg offers great recreational activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing in the winter. The Bike Arena Sauerland spans 1,700 km and offers a suitable route for every cyclist. Hikers will also find plenty to enjoy. With 460 marked hiking trails, Winterberg is a popular hiking destination. The apartment features a large living room with a sleeper sofa and a spacious kitchen-dining area. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A wood-burning stove adds a cosy atmosphere to the rooms during the cold season. The apartment also has a separate entrance. A 20% deposit is due after booking. Please transfer the deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. The visitor’s tax of 2.20 EUR per person per day is collected on site. The final cleaning fee is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site. Pets are not allowed.

Wir haben dort ein schönes Wochenende verbracht. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht.

Super schöne Wohnung in super schöner Lage!

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzeblank sauber gewesen. Alle Möbel und Elektrogeräte waren vollkommen intakt. Sie liegt tatsächlich "direkt" am Waldrand und von jedem Fenster und der Terrasse aus kann man auf die bewaldete Hügellandschaft gucken. Mit Lebensmitteln haben wir uns auf der Hinfahrt im nur 10 Auto-Minuten entfernten Winterberg eingedeckt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und angenehm. Die Nachbarschaft ist komplett ruhig. Wir sind von Silbach aus an mehreren Tagen in sämtliche Richtungen stundenlang gewandert und sind so gut wie keiner Menschenseele begegnet. Wir haben fast mehr Damwild in freier Wildbahn gesehen als Menschen :-). Wir waren im Juli da und alles war sattgrün und blühend. Jederzeit wieder!
