SZ - OG (approx. 20 m2) with double bed & desk; Second SZ - OG (approx. 16 m2) with two single beds & desk; Third SZ - OG (approx. 24 m2) with water bed (220x200 cm) & baby bed (variable); 4th SZ - UG (approx. 16 m2) with French bed (140x200 cm); 5th SZ - UG (approx. 18 m2) with double bed; The house has two bathrooms. There is also a party cellar, as well as a single garage for storing bicycles or skis, and two parking spaces can be used free of charge. The garage offers a washing facility for bikes and a compressor. The WiFi can be used free of charge.

Schönes Haus im Zentrum

Bars, Restauraunts, Clubs und Geschäfte sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar, Sportanlagen wie Kletterwald, Rodelbahn, Bike Park 5 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus war ordentlich, groß und geräumig, alles war unkompliziert und wir würden wieder buchen :)

Ferienhaus Winterberg

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Frauen und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Winterberg. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum. Die Buchung und die komplette Abwicklung haben super geklappt. Allerdings ist alles im Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben 3 kleine Dinge zu bemängeln: Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine, da keine passenden Filter für die große Maschine da waren. Etwas Besteck zu wenig. ( z.b. nur 6 Kaffeelöffel). Und der Duschvorhang im Untergeschoß könnte evtl. mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Nicht schön, aber praktisch

Positiv: Ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Ortskern. Sauber; es hatte alles was man für ein Wochenende benötigt - nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Die 80er-Jahre Küche ist gut ausgestattet, neuer, großer Kühlschrank. "Sauerland Sommer Card" inklusive. Freundliche Abwicklung und gute Infos. Wer eine für 8-10 Personen vergleichsweise preiswerte Unterkunft im 90er-Stil sucht bzw. keinen Wert aufs Interieur legt, wird hier fündig. Negativ: Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen (Sanierungs- und Renovierungsstau). Das Doppelzimmer und "Bad" im muffigen Kellerraum sind grenzwertig. Schlechtes bzw. kein WLAN. Offener Kamin bedenklich. Geländerhöhe des Balkons ebenfalls (für Kinder). Die Schlüsselbox lässt sich auch ohne Code öffnen.
