I lived in this house for over 10 years! I love the area and the house is centrally located to do just about anything you want to do in Houston. I manage the property with my wife and we care a lot for our guests and the maintenance of the house.

Can't beat the location. The entire first floor is open and creates the perfect living area with the French doors going to the back yard.

2 story living, plenty of parking, turf back yard, walking distance to restaurants, parks, bars, playgrounds, etc.
