Red Rock Spring trip

My friend and I have stayed here once before and it's convenient to Red Rock Canyon. The price is right and we're not too fussy guys. I would like to see the landlord make a couple minor improvements. The condo is lacking a toaster which is desperately needed for a morning breakfast. Also there is a washer and dryer but no detergent. Just one or two detergent cubes would be appreciated if you're stay a full week. Hopefully that's helpful.

Family trip to Vegas

The property is very convenient to downtown, only a few minutes away. It's a nice, gated condo complex, so we felt very safe there. The condo was clean and well organized and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We only stayed one night but it would have been comfortable for us for multiple nights.

Definitely sleeps 4 not 5!

Listed as sleeping 5 people but only has two queen size beds. There also were only 4 towels etc. The condo was clean enough and the owner was responsive to messages. But there wasn’t a lot of information given before hand or once there, there was no signage about the cable, temperature controls or check out,

Bare minimum to call it a rental

Don’t have high expectations- we waited at the gate for 20 minutes waiting to get check in information (well after check in time), the blinds in the bedroom were broken so people could see in (first floor unit). Blinds in the living room were sized too small so they don’t cover the whole window same with the kitchen. The stickers used for wall art are pealing off, and the extra package of toilet paper under the sink was soaked with some mystery liquid. We had to move a floor lamp back and forth from the bedroom to the living room - because there are not enough lights. Don’t expect the dishwasher to clean, but it is loud enough to wake the neighbors. Couch is SUPER uncomfortable. The clock was wrong so we checked the battery - it didn’t even have a battery in it. If you want to turn on the furnace don’t think that adjusting the thermostat will help - there is a light switch to turn it on - but we didn’t know that because there were no instructions We reported all this to the owner, who responded with “Thanks”. This is a very different experience than we have had with any other place we have stayed. It did not suit our needs and we would not stay here again.
