A diverse variety of shops nearby. Lots of great Restaurants available and close by. Lodging was clean comfortable and as advertised. When we travel back to Gilbert area we hope it is available!

Very nice location, near the airport and a good neighborhood. Host was helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness left some room for improvement, perhaps their cleaning service didn’t come before our stay? It is a budget place so I didn’t expect too much, but this could be improved.

Tyas is a nice guy, but the property needs some touches to make it more comfortable. I had to message him, text him, and call to get in touch for sheets to make the couch beds as well as for enough towels for our party of five. There was no coffee, the TV didn’t work, there was hair on the sheets and the rugs and the shower, and the couches have lots of stains. We arrived at 5 pm and left at 3 am to catch a flight out, but we wouldn’t have stayed if we needed longer. It meets bare necessities with nothing extra and needs a good cleaning with upgraded mattress and linens. The check in is easy and the location is nice and quiet.

The location was perfectly situated in the middle of everything we wanted to do. It was nice and clean and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Would stay here again and would recommend this place.
