Come get some rest and relaxation at the brand new, modern, professionally managed Dune Escape! This new construction vacation home is located in the beautiful Sheridan Beach community just an eight-minute walk to the beach and an under five-minute walk to favorite local restaurants Dune Billie’s Cafe and Cool Runnings! Also nearby are the zoo, national park, boating, casinos, wineries, breweries, and outlet shopping.

Our home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath duplex townhome that will very comfortably sleep 10 people.


Bedroom #1: Main Level; Queen Bed with attached bath

Bedroom #2: Upper Level; King Bed with attached bath and 50-inch Roku TV

Bedroom #3: Upper Level: Queen Bed with shared upper bath

Bedroom #4 Upper Level: Queen Bed with Full Trundle with shared upper bath and 50-inch Roku TV


Townhome also features a spacious fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, grill and supplies, crock pot, and plenty of cooking and serving supplies. Large sectional comfortable couch with a 65-inch Roku TV for your watching pleasure. Two of the bedrooms also include 50-inch Roku TV’s. Family games and beach wagon included for your use as well.


Outdoor rear patio features a grill, patio seating with Breeo firepit and a year-round, brand new hot tub. Two parking spaces are included at rear of home and overflow parking is available if needed. Dune Escape rents with a 3-night minimum in peak season.

It was very close to a beautiful beach that was not as crowded as the Washington Park beach. Getting to restaurants was easy and we had some wonderful meals. The condo was room and decorated in local beach pictures and other beach decor. We had a great time!

Clean and well stocked. We had 3 vehicles from 3 different States. Parking was tight but manageable with a little finagling. Nice place to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. Chilly on the first floor but toasty warm on the 2nd floor.

Family weekend getaway

This is a beautiful home. My family and I stayed for my birthday weekend to visit wineries. We had a great time. This home had everything we needed. Parking is very limited. If you have more than 2 cars, the overflow parking for the resort is not within walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again.

the place is fabulous. it is walking distance to beach and 2 great restaurants. it is also very close to Blue chip casino/ resort which was very helpful because the wedding festivities were located there or the shuttles to the wedding venue left from there. Advise for owners- add iron and ironing board and put some window coverings on small windows in master bedroom.

Cute townhouse

There is a serious problem with the heating. It was extremely hot upstairs and we froze downstairs. Toilet paper holder is dangling on the wall in upstairs bathroom. Needs attention. Loved the open area with living room and kitchen. Not much parking area.

Reviewer Comments: The property had its appealing aspects, but several issues detracted from our experience. The location matched the description, but the property description lacked some important details. While the house had four bedrooms, only two were equipped with televisions, which was unexpected and inconvenient. Additionally, we encountered several cleanliness issues: debris was present on the floors, the shower curtain was quite dirty, one of the shower drains was not functioning properly, and the hot tub water was green and cloudy. The hot tub was a key amenity we were looking forward to, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it during our full stay. Given the $250 cleaning and linen fee, we expected the property and its amenities to be in impeccable condition. I reached out to the owner about these concerns, but the only response we received regarding the hot tub was that "the spa guy stated that he came out to service the hot tub." Although someone did come to address the issue the following day, this did little to improve our experience, especially with our stay being only three days long. Overall, these issues were quite disappointing.
