About this property

Two nearly identical wine themed units with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (sleeps 6 each side) are available either to rent individually or you can rent both. This listing is for one unit. Each side has its own kitchen and living room, TV’s (one in living room and each bedroom has a TV) with great internet Beautifully decorated wine themed units sit in a 63 acre property with views for miles. I can nearly guaranteed that this is the best sunset you’ll ever see. Located within minutes of Tobin James winery and the #1 rated Paso winery, Pear Valley, you couldn’t be in a better location for wine tasting. Property is the former “Rio Seco” winery, now called Kuiper Vineyards and will eventually host a winery on site (early 2023 projected) but for now is a great place to chill, relax and visit local wineries including Rava, Cass, Justin and Sculptera (all minutes away). Situated in the heart of wine country and close to downtown Paso Robles (12-15 min drive) and just 37 min from San Luis Obispo, this will be a vacation you’ll never forget.

Please speak with owner if this is needed or if you’ll take either side. The side without the dishwasher has a better view. We also host weddings (inquire for details) and private events of up to 100 people. Event hosts can also rent the barn and other areas.

Espectacular Place

Great place to stay, the most beautiful views there is, the place was clean and it has everything you need for your stay. Love that I got to relax and my family got to experience this magical place. Host was great and recommended great places to visit, would definitely stay here again.

Just Magical!

My family and I spent a couple days at this home. The property is so peaceful and beautiful. You can see vineyards from every direction. The house was amazing! Beautifully done and stocked with all the little things you need in the bathrooms and kitchens. Fits two families easily and has plenty of space for hanging out when you’re not wine tasting or checking out downtown Paso Robles. The property manager was super nice and answered any questions we had quickly. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will be back for sure! Highly recommend this home.

Kuiper Vineyard

Kathy is an amazing host! She is very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our annual Thanksgiving family reunion happen. Unfortunately my husband contracted Covid and we were unable to stay at Kuiper Vineyard. Our Nor Cal family were able to make it. They stayed in the right side of the house. However they had been planning on parking their RV on the lot with Kathy’s permission. Since we couldn’t go, they stayed at the house instead. The property is beautiful and they wished the grapes were growing as it would have been a sight to see. The house is very well decorated and clean. Downtown Paso Robles is busy and full of life. They had a great time! Thank you Kathy for being very accommodating! We hope to book your place again in the future.

We are a family that loves to travel! Parents to four teens, including triplets, we like Travelling you places that are fun for adults and kids alike. We fell in love with Paso less than a year ago, found this existing winery and had to have it. It was previously called Rio Seco and a movie was filmed at the location. People choose this very spot to get married or host family reunions. Soon it will feature a winery we will host in our tasting room but for now you get to enjoy the entire property. Our kids love exploring the property on bikes and our friends are astonished at how much there is to do just minutes from this home.

Why they chose this property

It’s in the best part of Paso, close to Pear Valley and Tobin James winery and also minutes away from Rava (you must check it out!), Cass and Opollo. You’ll love being in the country get only 14 min from downtown Paso Robles where you can have dinner, catch a movie or visit the popular candy store.
Most of all, this is a once in a lifetime experience to see this amazing space and enjoy the sweeping Mountain Views and vines. I personally love that I can still get food delivered and run to Target if I need something but feel like I am thousands of miles away from everything
