Premier Host - Wonderful boutique style pool home located on the 17th hole of Palmetto Pines Golf Course. Newly updated, this comfortable and private home will charm you from the moment you arrive. Spectacular view of the golf course beyond the pool! This home has the space for up to 6 guests that will feel absolutely comfortable in this SW Florida gem. High speed internet, 4K Hi-def TV's in all bedrooms and family room and on the lanai. A gas barbeque, fire pit table and a frog water fountain are some of the highlights from the heated pool / lanai area. Bathrooms are equipped with professional blow dryers, towels and soaps. Several changes of linens are supplied for each bed. Kitchen comes complete with blender, coffee maker, toaster, several sets of dishware (including plastic for outdoor patio use), pots and pans, wine glasses, and more. A perfect, comfortable vacation home with a view! Close to beaches, water parks and shopping.

No one met us at house to check in and we never received a key. Pool deck was cracked and heaving up in place’s allowing water to pool causing slippery and dangerous conditions. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and bedding was disgusting.

We had a few issues when we first checked in, but the property manager responded very quickly and resolved our concerns… Weather was cooler than expected, but the pool heater made it comfortable for us to enjoy…

Exceptional House!!

Stephen is incredible! He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The house backs up to the Palmetto Pines Golf Course and extremely clean and had all of the necessities for our long-term stay. The exterior of the home is absolutely beautiful and is in a very quiet neighborhood in a great location. All of the neighbors were very friendly as well. Stephen's property manger Kevin was there everyday cleaning the pool and exterior of the property. Kevin made it a point to make us feel like we were family while we were staying there. He was very attentive to our needs after the hurricane. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin. Never have I stayed somewhere on business where the host and manager made us feel so welcomed! If you are traveling to Cape Coral for business or a family vacation, this is definitely the perfect place to stay! You do not want to pass up this home!
