Great private, clean, quiet place to stay. House is well stocked and the host is a pleasure.nice outdoor space and super convenient location but rustic.
The cabin was excellent for our quick getaway celebrating my wife's birthday (clean and roomy with living areas inside, on the porch and outdoors). Far enough out to get that cabin-in-the-woods vibe, but close enough to town to be able to spend time visiting the local shops without spending all your time driving. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.
I really enjoyed my stay. The cabin is so cozy and comfortable. It have everything I needed too. Also, It's so close to shopping, hiking, food and drink. I'll be back.

Thank you so much for your kind review! I’m glad to hear the cabin was a perfect fit for you and your son’s fishing trip. It’s great to know you enjoyed the cool A/C, coffee maker, and spacious bedrooms. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in the area!
Our stay was wonderful and just what we needed to relax. Very peaceful :-) Everything was as shown on the VRBO website. The owner (M) was very attentive :-)
Great location, only 10 minutes from Blue Ridge. Cute little cabin that had everything needed. The screened in porch had a lot of seating which was nice. The road to the cabin is pretty steep and only one lane, but we did not need four wheel drive.
Very cute rustic cabin! Quiet with beautiful views. The fenced in deck was perfect for my fur babies. The house was fitted with everything i needed. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, girls retreat, or family outdoor getaway this place is perfect! I will definitely be coming back.
We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful cabin, great space around us. The property owner was very good and communicated everything we needed to know before we arrived. The listing did show say that there was a hot tub, but there were no pictures of one, and there was not one in the premises. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, so we didn’t fuss about it. We would stay there again, for sure.
Quiet Getaway! This cabin was delightful, inviting, cozy, comfortable, and very clean throughout. The screened-in porch with night lighting was a great place to sit, look at the trees turning to fall colors, to read, play guitar, and just relax. The kitchen was well stocked, the den was comfortable and great for relaxing and watching TV and playing games. Washer & dryer worked great and so did all kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. And the heat worked great. (There is a heat pump that we used the whole time in addition to a wall-mounted gas unit that we used upon arrival for about 30 minutes to take the chill off but didn't need after that.) There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and hand towels in the kitchen. The entire cabin was very clean throughout! I appreciated the owner communicating with me on arrival day and throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. And also answering my questions weeks before arrival! At the end of our 4 nights, my wife and I wished we could stay another week! We hope we can come back next year. Regarding the road to the cabin: yes it’s 1 lane, steep, and a little intimidating at first, but as long as you watch closely and try to avoid potholes and some of the loose pebbles and asphalt, then it’s no problem even for a minivan.
