About this property

Perfectly located and newly renovated chalet in Sa Punta (Portocolom), surrounded by a huge garden with many opportunities to sit and relax - in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful beach and the bay of Portocolom.

The beautiful and cozy beach of S'Arenal can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot (literally just down the street), where you will find two fantastic beach restaurants / bars. Another insider tip bathing place is only a stone's throw away (1 minute on foot) - here you can jump from the rocks into the crystal-clear Mediterranean. The picturesque old town of Portocolom can be reached on a newly created hiking trail in about 10 minutes. After another 5-10 minutes you will reach the new city of Portocolom with numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and bars.

The living room consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is an en-suite). The spacious living / dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the front garden. The fully equipped kitchen offers a side garden view and is right next to a terrace that has a sheltered outdoor dining area with an outdoor grill. The private terrace allows a wonderful get-together, while you can enjoy the tranquility of Sa Punta under the palm trees in the huge garden.

The chalet for rent is on the ground floor. The first floor is only used privately (a few times a year) and is not rented to guests.

Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren eine Woche als Familie im Chalet Limoni und wir wollten gar nicht nach Hause gehen. Der Garten und der Außenbereich sind ein absoluter Traum und eine tolle Oase, die mit viel Liebe gestaltet ist. Anfangs hatten wir etwas Angst dass uns ein Pool fehlt aber da man wirklich in 2 Gehminuten an der Klippe mit Treppe ins Wasser ist haben wir nicht einmal einen Pool vermisst. Sowohl die kristallklare Bucht mit tollen Beachbars als auch die Klippen zum rein springen am frühen morgen oder um sich mit einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang anzuschauen sind nur wenige Gehminuten (2 min und ca. 5 min) entfernt. Die Umgebung um das Haus ist sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht touristisch. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind gemütlich und alles ist sehr sauber und modern. Ein kleiner Punkt, der beachtet werden sollte sind die Bäder: Es gibt ein ensuite Badezimmer und ein separates Badezimmer. Es gibt jedoch keine separate Toilette. Mit 6 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung war das manchmal etwas schwierig. Im zweiten Badezimmer ist die Dusche in der Badewanne, was absolut ok ist. Allerdings gab es keine Halterung für den Duschkopf und keinen Duschvorhang sodass man sehr vorsichtig sein musste beim Duschen dass danach nicht alles nass ist. Das kann aber sicher mit einfachen Mitteln optimiert werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ins Chalet Limoni!
