L18E6132 / 2017 Renovated in 2015, this holiday home in the popular fishing village of Porto Colom can accommodate up to 8 people. It features a small courtyard and a rooftop terrace. On the top floor there is a second living room with kitchenette and direct access to the terrace. The 240 square meters spread over 3 floors. 4 Schlazzimmer, 2 bathrooms and multiple living areas provide ample space to relax. For very popular harbor promenade with an impressive amount of bars and restaurants is just a few steps. The nearest beach is only about 1000 meters. Golfers reach the place of "Val D'Or" in only 5 km distance. All kinds of shops are located within walking distance of the house.

The renting of the property basically refers to the Spanish legislation, in particular the Law 29/1994 from 24th November of urban leases. For this reason, the object for seasonal use will be provided. With this agreement, no kind of tourist services in relation to the tenant will be offered. The contract includes only the use of the object.

Ganz tolles Haus!

Vermieter sehr nett ,haben uns mitten in der Nacht empfangen mit kaltem Wasser und Schokolade! Haus liegt sehr zentral und ist schön luftig! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen

après un accueil très compliqué nous avons vu qu'il y avait des poelles tefal toutes rayées pas de cafetière digne de ce nom,meme pas un peu de produit vaisselle ni huile et condiment pour commencer le séjour une chasse d'eau qui fonctionne quand elle veut par contre un logement très calme et très beau
