Ski trip

This is a cozy apartment and can comfortably sleep 4-5 people. The slopes can easily be reached by bus, but transportation is a little complicated. Overall a very nice place.

Gute Lage für Ausflüge direkt ab Ort oder weniger Kilometer mit Auto, Klatterfels nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß Matratzen gemütlich, Oberbetten etwas dick bei Hitzewelle, aber die gibt's ja nicht oft. Schöne Sitzküche, einziges Manko die Spülmaschine wäscht nicht so gut. Balkon ist super groß, schöner Ausblick Vermieter sehr sympathisch. Ruhige Lage, Bundesstraße stört nicht. WLAN funktioniert. Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Très belles vacances.

Magnifique appartement, spacieux, chaud et d'une propreté irréprochable. Equipé de tout ce qu'il faut, il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. Le jeune couple de propriétaire sont des plus charmants, et et très agréables. Nous envisageons d'y retourner au printemps. Merveilleuse semaine passée dans cet appartement. A conseiller fortement.

Tolle Ausgangsbasis für einen Urlaub im Ötztal

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieter - eine nette, junge Familie - wohnen im Haus. Alle Ziele im Ötztal sind gut erreichbar. Zum Essen können wir das Gasthaus Andreas Hofer in Umhausen empfehlen.

Urlaub

Diese Ferienwohnung lädt zum verweilen ein, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick direkt auf den Wasserfall und die Berge. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, denn die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter sind unheimlich freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Es hat uns gefreut, sie kennengelernt zu haben. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ordentlich und auch sehr sauber. In der Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse alles vorhanden. Das Haus ist in einem kleinen Ort. War für uns aber in Ordnung, da wir am Abend nach den Ausflügen etwas ruhiger mögen. Wir wünschen der jungen Famiele alles alles Gute.

Schöne Unterkunft zum Wandern mit Kinder

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber wohnen in der Wohnung unterhalb und haben uns bei allen Fragen und Wünschen unterstützt. Die Gegend ist toll zum alpinen Wandern (Auto ist sehr sinnvoll dafür), es gibt aber auch tolle Sachen für Kita-Kinder in der Nähe. Der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Nur die Ausstattung in der Küche (Teller, Schälchen, Brotmesser, etc) ist etwas knapp.

Familienurlaub im Ötztal

Wir haben 12 Tage Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung mit unseren zwei Kindern (2 und 4 Jahre) gemacht und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos, ebenso der Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Vor Ort wurde uns noch ein Kinderhochstuhl gegeben. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit dem Rad oder Auto ist der nächste Ort aber schnell zu erreichen. An Tourismusangeboten und Orten zum entspannen und erholen hat es uns nicht gefehlt.

Die Wohnung war ruhig gelegen und vom Balkon aus konnten man herrlich den Blick auf die Berge genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und äußerst entgegenkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Das Haus und die Wohnung entsprechen den Bildern, wir waren mit der Lage und mit der FeWo (1Stock)sehr zufrieden Alles war sehr sauber und in der Küche alles mögliche vorhanden. Was weniger gut war, das waren die alte und harte Matratzen. Für jüngere Leute wäre das vielleicht nicht von Bedeutung, für uns schon. Trotzdem: empfehlenswert.
