We moved to Austin 8 years ago from Southern California and fell in love with the people and everything the city has to offer. Because we were used to a high cost of living, moving to Austin meant we could start saving our money. We have purchased 7 properties ranging from long-term rentals to commercial offices.

Our condo has luxurious accouterments and all of the comforts of home. We like to live large, and we want you to have the same experience. Our building is unique because it has all the benefits of a luxury hotel while being privately owned. Inside you will find a sleep number bed, espresso machine, feather couch, 85" televisions, cigars and organic wine for purchase, and local art on the walls. Whether you are in Austin to relax, work or play you will enjoy our little slice of heaven.
