The spacious apartment in the relaxation house is centrally located in the child-friendly Bensersiel. It has 1 bedroom, a living room with an additional large comfort sofa bed, a large kitchen and a shower room with separate toilet. The highlight of the apartment is the cozy winter garden with seating and separate TV.

The modern furnished and well equipped apartment of approx. 98 sqm invites you to relax. Comfortably furnished, it offers space for 2 + 2 people and possibly a small child. A travel cot is available free of charge on request.

Car parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The large, beautiful communal garden is equipped with a grill, tables and seating so that you can spend beautiful hours there alone or with other guests. Play equipment for the children is also available.
In addition, the apartment has its own small terrace in front of the winter garden.

You can easily reach the Kurmittelhaus, the spa gardens and the thermal baths on foot.
The Nordseetherme offers bathing fun, a sauna and a wide range of wellness and fitness options.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach both the town center and the beautiful bathing beach and and the sea water outdoor pool, the harbor and the ferry pier to Langeoog.

Apartment cleaning fee for cleaning before your arrival EUR 69.00.
In addition, a spa fee must be paid to the community on behalf of the community all year round. The amount of this spa contribution varies according to the season and is billed separately on your arrival.

On request and by arrangement, it is possible to bring smaller dogs in this apartment for an additional cleaning fee. Please contact us about this.
