Settler's Crossing 18 is a stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with rich wood furnishings throughout the home giving it a traditional ski cottage vibe with a modern twist. It also features a private balcony where you can admire a beautiful view of Mt Morrisey across the way.

With an open concept between the full kitchen, dining area and living room, everyone can enjoy spending time together. With plenty of sunlight filtering through, plus the nice gas fireplace across from the leather loveseats, you can definitely get cozy!

This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a unique tri-bunk in the second bedroom, and a sofabed in the living room.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
