This property is situated just moments from the famous Fernie Alpine Resort and offers a local and authentic experience of mountain life. This one bedroom plus large second bedroom/ office, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The space is the perfect mix of modern and rustic and feels cozy and comfortable.

This guest suite has a private entrance so you will feel secluded from the adjoining house. The external entrance leads directly into a magical outside space that is just for our guests. It features a large hot tub, with panel roofing, fairy lights, and its own outdoor bar seating area. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining after a long day of activities.

There is ample external storage for skis, snowboards, and all your gear. The property's entrance hall features a large storage cupboard for all your winter and summer clothing. The tall ceilings and large windows throughout make the place feel large and lets in lots of natural light throughout the day. The open-plan living means your family and group can be cooking, dining, and relaxing at the same time, making it a great social space.

Although the wood stove is not in use, a brand-new electronic fireplace has been installed to give guests that cozy and warming feel. The couches are made of a quality brown leather and are incredibly comfortable. We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy quiet nights in. The 60-inch television and sound bar is perfect for family movie night! We even have a popcorn maker to create the best movie experience!

On the main level you can find the large bathroom and laundry facilities. You will find complimentary soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion in the bathroom so you can pack light.

Also on the main level is the den. This large room can be functioned as two different spaces. The Queen Murphy bed folds down easily and creates a private bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a comfy recliner. Pull this murphy bed up and it immediately creates a unique desk space with a large worktop and storage. There is a desk chair, so is perfect for those needing to work during their vacation time.

This room also backs on to a large private balcony with greenspace views. You will find out there a BBQ and seating for two, along with a patio heater for those colder nights.

To find the second Queen bedroom you take the stairs close to the entrance hall.
Leading up to the bedroom you can find a quaint reading nook. The upstairs bedroom is large and features ample storage, a television, and an armchair. It feels private and spacious, and looks out on to the living room space.

The property was mountain crafted in 2015 and we are incredibly excited to share this brand-new guest space with VRBO travelers. We have done our best to ensure that the guest area is private so that your stay feels secluded and un-disturbed. We of course remain available for our guests during their stay for any questions they may have. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do!

* Please be aware that there are security surveillance cameras around the property. One is located at the front and has a view of the driveway. The second camera can be found at the back keeping an eye on the owners side of the property. No cameras have been placed with views of the guest property or area to ensure your privacy.
