About this property

This is one of our premier downtown condo units, located right across from the Gateway Shopping District and just 3.5 blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center. It's located within easy walking distance of the Vivint Arena, Temple Square, Gateway Mall, Salt Palace, City Creek Mall, and dozens of great restaurants.

There are two full-sized grocery stores nearby, as well as dozens of restaurants and shops in the Gateway Shopping District, which is a very walkable and eclectic district full of shops, brew-pubs, sports bars, museums, comedy clubs, laser tag, and a Dave & Busters. There is a light rail stop close to the condo complex that can take you all over town, as well as to/from the airport.

The condo complex has a large gym with free weights, cable weight machines, and cardio equipment. There are several jungle gyms in the complex for kids. Dogs are welcome, and will require a $99 pet fee per stay. No cats allowed. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.

The condo unit is on the top floor, so no noise from any neighbors above. It's furnished with all-new high quality furniture. The beds are all have new memory gel mattresses and the finest bedding so that you'll get a great night's sleep. The kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware, utensils, appliances, and other items that you'll need to make full meals while you're here. The 55" television has Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Paramount+, and Disney+, as well as about 75 live TV channels. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with one having a shower/tub combo and one having a walk-in shower. We provide premium hotel-quality linens and towels, and all amenities are included, such as soaps, detergents, paper products, iron & ironing board, washer & dryer, and even some personal hygiene items.

HORRIBLE

False advertising here. The pictures used were not the actual photos of this place listed. Horrible place to stay, DO NOT book with this place. Trash outside doors horrible area for kids. Find another location to stay

Great 4 day Stay!

We are a group of 6 Seniors. We all enjoyed our stay in this very clean, convenient 3 bedroom condo in downtown Salt Lake City. Check in was easy following our hosts instructions. The beds were good, the kitchen was well stocked with all amenities including a coffee maker with filters and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The condo has lots of windows providing plenty of light. We appreciated being on the ground level with no stairs. All rooms in the condo were on one level also, which was great for us oldies! There was a large pool and hot tub which was a nice surprise. The parking lot was secure and well lighted. We were all very happy with our stay and will stay here again the next time we get together in Salt Lake! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

Must Love Trains :)

Inside the unit it is pretty nice, outside, not so much. We enjoyed the space and it worked for a few nights. Communication was good, easy to check in/out. Something’s to note, you’re right on the train tracks, you hear and feel every train all day/night. Secure parking helped but gate was always open, there is a large homeless population living across the street, so it was harder to feel secure/safe, but there were police searching the property each day it seemed. It’s not a safe walk to shops and restaurants but it is a short Uber ride away.

We were very happy with the location and the accommodations- it had all the extras to make our stay comfortable and satisfying! As well as the communication with Daniel! Loved the pool and the community room.

Stay was great. Great location

We loved this location and the condo was the perfect size for our family to spend Christmas. We loved having access to downtown and Gateway by either a short walk or Trax. The check in was confusing as the instructions were not up to date and the key fob Was not where it was according to the email so it took us a bit to realize the video had the correct directions. I would recommend the manager update the emailed check in directions. We Also called the manager and Never received a call back. Otherwise the stay was great. Thanks!!
