Very good

There were plenty of blankets and pillows and we were able to cook easily the few times that we did. I had a couple times when I needed to message the host and received a response promptly and they were very respectful.
Exactly as described. Comfortable accommodations for a group with all new amenities.

Overall great place, there are some goofy things with the house. Mostly related to sealing and windows. Location was great for skiing and ability to go downtown. Would book again!
If you just need somewhere to sleep and eat, this place will work, it just doesn’t have a good living room area for a group. We were only there for 1 night, girls staycation with grandma, the layout was okay for our need. The rental was decorated nicely. There needs to be some upgrades and cleaning done. Two of the drawers in the kitchen were broken, the kitchen is not well stocked like other rentals we’ve stayed in. Pots and pans need to be replaced. No measuring cups. Plastic plates are very scratched up. There was food on the spatula we went to use. Some splatters on the wall near the sink. This may just be a starter rental that will be updated as time goes on?We had 7 women ranging from 26-74 in our party, I was excited to see this place had an extra bed to pull out of a closet. The mattress on that bed was thin and stained, we didn’t see any bedding for it. Because we live in SLC, we had someone bring us an air mattress, sheets and a blanket. The deck had a BBQ, it was old and too dirty to use. I may have missed information saying this is a duplex with the kitchen area we were in being directly over the bedroom area underneath. We received a complaint at 8:58pm, someone thought we were having a party. We turned off the music and stopped playing games shortly after the complaint came. The owner was nice about it, especially once I let him know what was really going on, but it definitely put a damper on the night.
This place is in a good location but you get what you see and nothing more- no frills and bare supplies provided. Would really recommend a few boxes of tissues.

Beautiful Property! Had some issues with Heater and Landlord was quick to repair, responded immediately, and made sure that we were comfortable after heater repaired.
Our stay here was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfy. The google maps took us to the apartment complex behind the home. Only a couple of things need a little improvement. The windows outside need cleaning, a couple of places in the wood floors need fixing, the driveway could have been swept, extra towels left in the dryer. we also noticed that the window to the right of the front door was etched/scratched looks by other guests. Shame on people!!!
Very cute. Modern updates. Plenty of towels (we had 8 people) and it was clean. Host answered my one question immediately, which was awesome. The 2 bathrooms were also clean and nice. Convenient location. We walked to the Pho restuarant which was very delicious. Only tiny complaints are that the beds are rock hard memory foam, but it was good enough for a night. The kitchen window was also open and we couldnt close it. Luckily, it wasnt super cold. We didnt cook. The kitchen did seem to have all the basics you might need if you did, but nothing extra. We did notice there was leftover ice cream cups in the freezer that had probably been there awhile, but otherwise, the fridge and freezer had plenty of space.

Convenient location for skiing, lacking kitchen items, and little control over heat/air settings
There‘s more bowls in the listing photographs than there are in the unit. We had 6 of us and we had to run the dishwasher after breakfast to have enough bowls/spoons/etc for dinner. We ate lunch at the ski resorts otherwise we would have had to do the dishes after lunch as well.
The heat/air seemed to be connected with the unit below us. We would turn the heat off and it would continue to run. We had to run the A/C to stay comfortable. After the air would turn off, the heat would automatically turn on and run, even though we had the thermostat either OFF or on Cool only.
The location was very convenient. The bedroom/living space in the duplex was great. The appliances were also great. The duplex was dirty and could use a deep cleaning. We did some cleaning when we arrived just so we could tolerate staying at the location. We found a broken mirror on the balcony and chose not to use the balcony because glass was scattered all around. The beds look good, but they are not comfortable. The queen beds are hard and stiff, and the hide-able fold up bed (bed #10?) is broken and the mattress is very thin. This place has potential with a good cleaning and upgraded beds. The donut shop down the street is amazing!
