Too small and run down

Just after signing the contract I contacted the owner who said my son could check in a few hours early so he could drop his things off and pick the rest of us up at the airport. Normal check in time is 4 pm. Just before our stay he started to backpedal. He said he would send the door code to my son at 2 and asked what time my son would be there. I told him 2-2:30. I heard nothing back from the owner until 4:45 the day of check in. My son and his dog arrived at 2:30 and so they had to find a dog park to wait until we heard from the owner. Instead of my son picking us up at the airport we had to pay for an Uber ride. The house has beds for up to 12 adults. The beds and bathrooms were fine but the indoor common area could only accommodate 5 adults comfortably. The kitchen was ok but the stove/oven was filthy. It also lacked some basic cooking items like baking sheets. Overall the house and furnishings were were old and worn. Definitely overpriced.
