We welcome you to the beautiful and picturesque Allgäu.

With a view of the mountain range from Grünten to Rubihorn and Lake Sonthofer.
In our 4 room apartment with its own garden, in a quiet location.
Parking spaces directly in front of the house, garage possible in winter, bicycles can be put in with pleasure.
Here you will find peace and relaxation; a wide range of leisure activities and the impressive landscape of the Allgäu mountains and lakes.
There are lots of bike paths in front of the house, walks can also start in front of the house.

Pets on request, pets allowed

OUR HOUSE
From the house:
Your most beautiful cycling and mountain bike tours can start here. Conquer the Allgäu not only on foot but also by bike! You will find something for every taste.
Approximately 150 meters from the house is Sonthofer See, which invites you to swim in summer with its clear water and sunbathing areas. The main bathing area is on the southwest side. The lake with its wonderful circular route wants to be hiked, which is also perfect for resting. Hiking trails in many directions in the Oberallgäu region begin right behind and in front of the house.

Einfach nur klasse!

In Stichpunkten: - tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage - sauber mit allem Komfort - große geräumige Wohnung - großer Garten , ausgestattet mit einer Terrasse, einem Holzkohlegrill und einer Markise - super Lage zwischen Immenstadt und Oberstdorf - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar - tolle Wege für Spaziergänge und Fahrradausflüge ( direkt an der Iller entlang) - In den Sonthofer See kann man wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, fast reinhüpfen ( keine 5 Minuten entfernt) Der Vermieter, Herr Zuchtriegel ist außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Er war immer für uns erreichbar, falls wir eine Frage hatten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Danke dafür! Zusammenfassend empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Hier wird man nicht enttäuscht. Unser nächster Urlaub für 2024 ist schon gebucht. Marco und Pia

Urlaub im Allgäu

Das war eine sehr schöne, große, saubere Wohnung. Sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor und während unserem Aufenthaltes. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. :-) Vielen Dank für alles.

Ein super Urlaub

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Immer wieder gerne. Die Ausstattung ist so wie beschrieben. In der Küche ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt zum Ausruhen und Genießen ein. Der Vermieter ist immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.

Der Vermieter war super freundlich.Das Haus ist groß, gemütlich und es war alles da,was man erwartet

Unsere Erfahrung war was das Haus betrifft sehr gut.Der Vermieter war stets,freundlich und hat bei allem gleich eine Information parat gehabt. In dem Haus war alles wie im Internet beschrieben war vorhanden. Wir hatten einem sehr sehr schönen Urlaub und die Aussicht beim Frühstücken war einfach traumhaft! Ein Stern Abzug,es hätte im WC/Bad etwas sauberer sein können. Klare weiter Empfehlung 😀!

Wir kommen wieder!

Es war einfach perfekt. Wir waren mit vier erwachsenen und unseren Jungs (12 Monate) dort. Die Lage ist perfekt und traumhaft schön. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein kleiner See und beim Frühstück kann man die Berge sehen. Unser Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. So fanden wir vor Ort beispielsweise ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl. Und auch sonst war er jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns mit Tipps (wo kann man gut essen gehen? Wo kann man super Rodeln gehen? etc. ) versorgt. Einzig die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung im 1. OG ist, hat uns überrascht, weil dies nicht aus der Anzeige hervorging. Für uns spielte dies keine Rolle, sollte aber jemand mit einer Gehbehinderung die Unterkunft mieten, wäre diese Info hilfreich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder- es war toll!

Ferienwohnung für den perfekten Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was unser Urlauber-Herz begehrte: Top-Ausstattung von Küchenutensilien und Gewürzen, Ölen usw. bis hin zu TV (auch wenn wir nicht in allen Zimmern einen gebraucht hätten - unsere Tochter fand es toll), Terassenmöbeln und Handtüchern, alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist toll: Wandern, Ausflüge, Schwimmen und einiges mehr. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit Begrüßungsschild und laufendem Radio. Die Wohnung ist einfach toll. Mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Der Vermieter ist super nett und total entspannt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und heimelig gefühlt. Könnten es auf jeden Fall länger aushalten. Selbst unsere zwei Hunde waren sehr entspannt. Wohlfühlfaktor 10! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne und grosse Ferienwohnung mit Garten und sehr nettem Vermieter! Das Einzige was gefehlt hat waren Leselampen beim Sofa und an einem der Betten. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung zum Wandern oder Radfahren. Badesee in Fussnähe. Gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht am nahegelegenen Sonthofener See. Sehr netter Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir waren mit drei Kindern im Alter von 12, 14 und 17 Jahren und mit unseren Hund vor Ort. Hat alles super funktioniert.

Jederzeit wieder!!!!

Unserer Vorstellungen wurden genau getroffen bzw. übertroffen. Alles was man für eine tolle Woche in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, haben wir vorgefunden. Edwin, unser Vermitter, besser kann man ihn sich nicht wünschen!!!! Weiter so :-) Alles sauber, großzügig eingerichtet, kein Detail ausgelassen. Was nicht vorhanden war, wurde kurz angesprochen und sofort wurde Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!!
