103 N., a brand new luxury built, designer-owned, home downtown with year round heated pool. 6 beds, 6 baths, 3 living spaces each with a 75” TV, game room, 3 seasons room and an amazing bunk room. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach, Stray Dog, Brewsters, Beer Church and Nancys. Relax in the heated pool, play ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, corn hole, board games or work on a puzzle. Grill at home and never leave, you name it 103 N. has everything to have a wonderful vacation.
The space
The house was built and curated for families and friends to enjoy. Three floors with three separate living spaces to enjoy time together with different activities along with an additional game room for fun. The three seasons room is perfect for lounging or having a meal while watching the kids in the pool. The location can’t be beat, in town with access to all the best New Buffalo has to offer.

The Ideal New Buffalo Experience

The property was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures if not better in person! Everything you could possibly need for your stay the house has. Heather the host was extremely responsive and kind. Between the designer touches and fabulous location its truly the best way to experience New Buffalo. Would love to come back again!

Perfect New Buffalo weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Heather's property. It was a quick weekend away to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We had 6 teenagers ages 12-15 and the space was enjoyed by all. We have stayed in New Buffalo or Union Pier close to a dozen times and this house was by far the most well appointed and high end--the details in things like the paint colors, the tile in the bathrooms, the wallpaper and the window treatments are an interior decorators dream. I even went on Amazon as soon as I got home and ordered the same sheets they were so lovely! The only thing better would be if we could have stayed longer! Thanks Heather!

Flawless Experience and Excellent Communication

The house is spectacular and Heather thought of everything. She was the best at quickly responding to questions. This is the most amazing VRBO property I have stayed at in New Buffalo. The house is clean and well decorated. The pool was warm and gorgeous. We will be coming back every year because our experience was amazing.

I designed it to be like a boutique hotel with a year round heated pool for guests to enjoy even in the dead of winter. It’s truly amazing to swim with the snow falling!
