The space
701 Air is a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home located in beautiful Pompano Beach. The home is located at the end of a quite street, walking distance to a large park.

You enter the home and you are in the great room with living area to the right with 60inch smart TV and kitchen and dining to the left. Right off the Kitchen is the master bedroom complete with King size bed with under bed storage, smart TV, laundry closet, walk in closet, and on -suite bathroom with shower.

Down the hall you will find the guest bath on the left with shower/tub combination, 2 bedrooms on the right and a Flex bedroom straight ahead.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, and smart TV.
The third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds with underbed storage, dedicated work space, Smart TV and closest.

The flex room (4th Bedroom) has a daybed that converts to a double bed (equal to 2 twins in size) and a 60inch Smart TV with soundbar. It's perfect for lounging, movies or guest accommodations.

Off the living room is the sliding glass door with access to the covered patio dining space and outdoor chill area complete with seating, fire pit and propane grill. Perfect for an after beach BBQ!
Guest access
The house is all yours, minus the unfinished backyard and storage closet. The back door entry/exit is not permitted. The back yard is off limits until further notice. Please enjoy the patio and side yard perfectly set up for your entertainment.

Un séjour en famille parfait!

Nous étions une famille reconstituée de 7 personnes dont 5 ados de 13 à 20 ans. La maison était parfaite, tout y était, le nombre et la qualité des chambres, 2 salles de bain, laveuse-sécheuse, une cuisine bien équipée et un salon. La terrasse extérieure fonctionnelle et nous assure une certaine intimité. Le quartier est très tranquille, un quartier résidentiel. Notre séjour a été très agréable!

Great remodeling

Well stocked and very nicely appointed rental. Neighborhood more aged than expected and of mixed quality care of properties. Raised some concern for safety. Close together houses, so sound travels easily. A decent value for cost overall.

AAU Tournament Weekend

As a family of 6 (2 Adults and 4 Kids) this place was perfect place for us to stay while my son played in his tournament. The place was clean, well stocked with supplies and having young people the amount of televisions meant my kids were not fighting over the remote. The beds were comfortable and between tablets and phones the wifi worked well. There were stores near by which allowed us to do some grocery shopping for the house. Having a washer and dryer meant we were able to wash my sons basketball uniform each not and we could come home and put away clean clothes. I had to reach out to the host during our stay and he was extremely responsive and respectful during our interactions.

Softball in pompano

Not the greatest neighorhood so not sure about being listed as nice location,but convenient for us to get to the softball tournament and around pompano. Not a bad ride to get to boca for dinner one night. Place was clean,had a nice grilling area and 4 bedrooms so we each had our own room . Cooler and beach accessories were conveniently there also.

A weekend in sunshine…

House had plenty of rooms and had all the necessities required to keep a family comfortable and not on top of everyone. Close to many great parks and restaurants. The beach too.
