Lovely place

The landlord Denise is charming. We occupied one of her 2 apartments, being able to use the large yard. Our dogs were very welcome (Denise is active is animal rescue). The communication with the booking agent, David Kiwitt, was rocky, but luckily things improved once we arrived. The place is spacious and has everything one needs. The dishwasher is not doing a good job, so I had to clean a few kitchen utensils before I could use them (not a big deal but could be avoided). The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, in walking distance to a nice dog beach with a little bar. Grocery store is just across the street. We booked an Uber for $10 to get a ride to Pula (yes, Croatia has Uber rides!!). We would for sure come back here! Thanks!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, sehr sehr nette Gastgeberin, tolle Wohnung, super ausgestattete Küche, großzügige Terasse und schöner Garten. Es gibt noch einen Balkon, der geht zur Straße hin. Das Objekt liegt an einer Hauptstraße, da die Terrasse und der Garten hinter dem Haus liegen, haben wir die Straße jedoch nicht gehört. Gegenüber, sehr praktisch, direkt ein kleiner Supermarkt. Hafen, Strand und Bar fußäufig in 10 min erreichbar! Im OG des Hauses lebt die Mutter der Vermieterin, sehr freundlich und sehr selten gesehen. Wir haben uns als Familie mit Kleinkind und Hund dort sehr wohlgefühlt!! Große Empfehlung

Ferienwohnung in Banjole

Schöne, neue Ferienwohnung (seit 2015) im Erdgeschoss. Gut eingerichtet, keine billigen Möbel. Zwei angenehm große Schlafzimmer, eine Wohn-Essküche und eine schöne Terrasse auf der Rückseite des Hauses, deswegen kein Straßenlärm. Um den Garten vor der Terrasse kümmert sich die sehr freundliche Schwiegermutter (der Vermieterin), die im Obergeschoss wohnt. Sehr praktisch: direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein kleiner, aber gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt und eine kleine Bar. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß bergab weniger als 10 Minuten. Leider hatte es zu unserer Zeit, Anfang Juni ´23, einige kleine Quallen, zwar ungiftig und unschädlich, aber das mögen nicht alle. In der Umgebung, also auch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, gibt es mehrere Lokale, die alle okay sind. Preis-Leistung ist auch okay. Alles in allem sehr angenehm.

Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sauber, die Klimaanlage war nützlich und es wurden uns ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Einzig und allein "bitter" war für uns der fehlende Backofen, da wir sehr gerne und vielfältig kochen. Aber die Lage - direkt gegenüber von einem kleinen Supermarkt - hat es wieder kompensiert. Es wurde quasi zu unserer Kühlschrankverlängerung :) Hunde waren nicht nur geduldet sondern warmherzig willkommen und die Anlage war perfekt geeignet, da komplett eingemauert. Kurzum: es war wunderbar! Wir wollten am liebsten dortbleiben. <3

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die EG-Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und auch sehr groß. Zentral gelegen (direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt) und auch nicht weit zum Strand. Um das Grundstück ist eine Mauer, was für unsere 2 Hunde wichtig ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen.

Tolle Woche

Das Appartment ist wunderbar und genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns zur Schlüsselbergabe getroffen und war permanent zu erreichen, was jedoch nicht nötig war, da alles vor Ort und selbsterklärend war. 2 schöne Terrassen, 2 schöne Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad super! Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!
