Great option for families!

Dave is an amazing host and the layout of the house is really great for families that need space but also a little separation. The neighborhood is quiet but also nice to take a walk in. Super easy to get around from the location. Dave went over and above- can’t say enough about the hospitality!

Very Nice Property & Helpful Host

This property was just what we needed! The beds were comfortable, the house was sparkling clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, and Dave was a very attentive host. He was very prompt in answering and fixing our Christmas Day plumbing issue. We would stay here again.

The house was just as it appeared in the photos. The host kept in good contact with us and was flexible about a later checkout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the several meals we ate there.

Great place with plenty of space and bathrooms for a large group. It sits in a quiet neighborhood but offers privacy. Host was friendly and maintained communication. Great place for anyone!

Beautiful House

The house is very beautiful with large rooms and a nice view of the pond from the sunroom out back. The property manager made sure everything was going well and was very responsive. I will be back!

Needs a 6 Star Rating

This home was fantastic! Would give it 6 Stars if We could... Quiet, Safe Neighborhood. Easy Entry, The Owner was easy to contact and FAST to respond... We didn't have any issues, Water Pressure was great, Plenty of towels and supplies. Big AWESOME lanai that's climate controlled. 4 BIG bedrooms. The home was very clean. Location is great, depending on your stay, Quick to Milton, easy drive to Pensacola, Beaches Navarre and Pensacola Beach were easy to get to, even on a Holiday weekend. Stores and Restaurants are close. Huge Living Room with plenty of seating. The Home is way bigger than we expected. Sipping coffee looking over the pond was relaxing. I couldn't find anything negative to add... Maybe Better Smart TVs in the bedrooms... ? We didn't need TVs so this didn't affect us. We Will being staying here again soon... Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!
