App. Arius 10 Location: The apartment is located near the center of Westerland on the 1st Floor of a very well-kept apartment block. The distance to the beach is approx. 150 m. It is a very quiet location. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 45 m². For 4 people. Equipment: In the living room there is a large, cozy couch that can be pulled out for comfortable sleeping. The kitchenette is openly accessible from the living room (with a. Microwave and dishwasher) and the dining area by the window. The bedroom has a double bed. Living room and bedroom are carpeted. In front of the living room is the large west balcony with the appropriate balcony furniture. Cable TV, telephone and WiFi are available. The apartment is for non-smokers only and no pets are allowed. The apartment has a parking space on the property. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
