You will find: a super equipped comfort apartment with 3 rooms in a central location. Built in 2006 and situated on a dune. From the living room, with separate dining area, sofa and comfortable seating, you look out onto the sun terrace and can gaze out over the place. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the children's room you will find a bunk bed. There is also the option of using the couch in the living room as a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen, with convection stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and the necessary utensils offers everything you need to feel at home. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, marble vanity, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Of course, all windows are equipped with roller shutters and some windows have mosquito screens to keep the pests out.
