Apartment description With great attention to detail and full harmony, we designed a completely new apartment in December 2019 so that you feel at home in our great state capital Erfurt.
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people (57sqm) 1 large living room with a large box spring bed and pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen TV, white sideboard, the lighting can be colored according to your wishes and especially for the cozy evening there are cuddly blankets available Kitchen is completely new and modern equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, radio, clock, knife block, toaster, dishes, pots, pans etc.
Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer towels.
There is a large closet in the hallway. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
The city center is approx. 3.5 km away and the tram stop is approx. 70 m from the house. Free parking spaces are available.
Non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
