Derek is of Maltese Irish descent. Is an Musical instrument builder, designer and cabinet maker. who decided in 2012 to embark on restoring and refurbishing this old townhouse in Rabat where his Maltese Grandfather Carmelo Deguara was born and raised.

The property is located on a 16th century piazza set in the very heart of the centre of rabat and is home to my ancestors.
