This condo is so convenient To everything. You can walk across the street to beach or rent a golf cart and explore the other beach accesses. The mattresses were very comfortable. We slept in both beds. The view is beautiful over the marsh. We saw lots of deer walking past the screen porch. Sunsets are beautiful here.!

The place could use a little TLC, but the location was awesome! One block from the beach access. Was disappointed that the property did not come with amenity passes, so we weren’t able to access the pool or restaurants on the island. However, we were only there for two nights, so not a problem. Property did not come with a golf cart either, but the only thing we really wanted to do during our short stay was go to the beach, so again not a problem.

Weekend Getaway

A quick weekend getaway with friends. Great location,Great view. The place was amazing and would stay again. The parking was not so desirable. Other than that, We had a Great time and would recommend this stay. Look forward to returning.

Perfect for adults and their good dogs

We had the best time walking on the beach, riding our bikes, enjoying being outside with our dog on Fripp. This condo is perfect for couples or couples and friends who also have good doggies.
