30A Retreat-A secret on 30A. Walk to public beach! 1 Great “larger unit” rates!

Welcome to “Sandcastle”-which is nestled in a quaint family community in walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico. Just a long block from us sits the public beach access to a 2.4-acre public acre beach with all the space for you to sit and enjoy the Gulf of Mexico, and your kids to play white powdery sand. If you don't want to walk, we'll provide you a shuttle during the busy season (March - Sept). There is also a boardwalk out in front of the complex that will take you right to the Gulf of Mexico! If you turn Right and go about 250 feet (just past the first 4 white houses) and you'll find more places that you can sit and enjoy the white sandy beaches!!

Beachside Villas, located in Seagrove Beach, which is about 1/2 way between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, is just a short walk to the 2 acre public beach owned by Walton County where there will be plenty of sand to go around! (Or you can hop on the trolley provided by our complex and it will drop you at the public beach access entrance.

When you enter our unit, you'll feel right at home in this completely remodeled condo, with all the beach amenities (beach umbrellas, beach chairs and toys which are provided for you to use).

Our unit is in BUILDING 3. the spacious floor plan is on the 2nd floor of a three-story building, where you'll enjoy great ocean and sunset views. There is NO ELEVATOR! Sleeps 8 comfortably... but with the pull-out sofa it can sleep two more.

Perfect set up for two small families. Our unit has a master suite complete with a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom (walk in shower) cable/TV, and access to the large, covered porch. There is an additional full bath and 1/2 bath. Two more bedrooms, one with two queen-size beds (w/TV) and the other with two twin beds (w/TV). All linens are provided. The family room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 50" Smart . The dining room seats eight and the adjacent kitchen has three bar stools and is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs and a Keurig coffee maker. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer.

Beachside Villas complex offers is a family-oriented community, with two pools (one heated for winter use), lighted tennis/pickle ball courts (don't forget to bring your own rackets and balls!!). There is also a biking/hiking path on adjacent Highway 30-A. Beach chairs and umbrellas may be available for rental at the beach during the off season. Beachside Villas is located between Destin and Panama City Beach in a very quiet area. Seaside, Watercolor, Alys and Rosemary beaches are a short 5-15 minutes' drive and all have lots of small, quaint shops and restaurants.

Stay with us and you'll experience the natural beauty of Florida's Emerald Coast, where the white sand is like sugar and the Gulf waters are aquarium clear and emerald-green.

My family and I were very comfortable here! The beds slept great, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked. Felt like a home away from home- but at the beach! The condos are tucked into a quiet area and that was a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of the summer season on 30a. Nice and close to the beach too! We loved our stay!

We’ve stayed in this development a couple times, but this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. The condo was very clean, quiet and peaceful which was precisely what we looked for. Communication with the host was top notch and very helpful. It was almost instant on most occasions. I would highly recommend this condo and if we come back again, this will be our first choice.

Homeowner was so nice to work with and very responsive.

Property was in excellent condition along with the grounds. The mgmt at the property was so nice and wanted to make sure our stay was the best. Only thing I would recommend would be that there is a closer hose connection so you could rinse off before going inside.

Heavenly 2024 Spring Break

Amazing!!

The property was amazing! We had so much room, and everybody had their own space! The unit was so clean and updated. The balcony is huge, which was a nice feature! There are 2 pools on the property along with a tennis court. The access to the beach is a quick trip away with the free shuttle provided. The shuttle arrived quickly, and the drivers were so kind. The owner of the property was very communicative and responsive. We loved staying here and will definitely return!
