Relax, reconnect with nature, and make lasting memories on our peaceful 15-acre working farm.

What to Expect

Please note that this is a working farm with animals and occasional day-to-day activity. During your stay, you may see tractors, farm staff, or other routine farm operations around the property. We strive to keep all activity separate from guest areas whenever possible to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The property also includes three glamping domes — The Haven, The Jungle, and The Stargazer — which may be occupied by other guests. While you may see others around the property, your farmhouse and designated outdoor spaces remain private.

Farm Animals & Outdoor Experiences

Meet our friendly goats, alpacas, and mini cows — guest favorites for feeding and photos. Enjoy private walking trails, beautiful sunset views, outdoor dining, and evenings around the fire pit beneath the stars.

The farmhouse offers a warm and comfortable retreat featuring vaulted ceilings, cozy furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with a GE induction stove. A wood-burning fireplace creates the perfect setting for relaxing evenings.

Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and barn areas only.
The farm store is closed to guests.
We continually make improvements to the property. Farm work may take place during your stay.

The farmhouse has a hot tub but no pool. A caretaker is generally onsite most days from approximately 8 AM to 4 PM; no caretaker lives onsite. Pets: One dog or cat under 20 pounds, with a $200 per-stay fee.

Additional details
Central air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, and self check-in are available. Fishing is catch-and-release; bring your own fishing poles. Bring charcoal for the grill. The farm is also home to ponies and peacocks. Pools at the separate domes are private to those accommodations.

The home was exactly what we needed. The animals were great and the house is very entertaining. The location is minutes away from everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. My family would love to stay here again in the future.

The place was amazing and host was great! Wonderful opportunity to unplug and have my boys experience a small taste of farm life. They enjoyed waking up and playing with the animals. They still talk about the trip and ask to go back all the time. We gave them a choice to go anywhere for a future trip, including wolf lodge, and they chose here. We will be booking again soon!

Wonderful Stay for a Girls Weekend

The interior of the house is so well decorated! Between the cozy beds and couches, plenty of rooms for fun, and being surrounded by gorgeous nature and adorable animals, this rental does not disappoint. We plan on revisiting!!!

Great family getaway

The house was perfect for entertaining the whole family. There are lots of living areas so everyone had plenty of room. The location provides easy I-35 access to San Marcos or New Braunfels. It was nice to relax and see some animals we don’t normally get to see.

Nice stay

I think the only thing I would have changed was turning the AC on a few hours before the guest gets there. Every thing else was fun and nice.

The house is very pretty, nice An clean. The host was fast to responding to messages and was very quick to handle any issues we were experiencing during our stay. My friends and I booked this place for my birthday weekend and had a wonderful time! We especially loved interacting with all the animals, especially the goats. The property and scenery were beautiful and the house was amazing with all the available rooms and the game room in the garage. Plus, it is in a great location with only about a 15min drive to River, New Braunfels, and Downtown San Marcos! If I ever need another place to stay in that area, I will definitely be booking this place again!
