In a quiet side street in the immediate vicinity of the Greetsiel twin mills, just a few minutes' walk from the historic town and the harbor. The 78 square meter apartment extends over the first floor and the attic of a house completed in 2016. You enter the apartment through a hallway that borders the bedroom with its 1.8m x 2m double bed and the bathroom with the floor-to-ceiling shower. From the hall you can reach the 23 sqm living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen borders the dining area, separated by a sliding door. In addition to the usual appliances (ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer), you will also find other useful appliances such as a coffee pad machine and microwave, as well as a washing machine. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. A wooden staircase leads from the living / dining area to the attic. There are 2 more single beds. A special feature is another toilet in the attic. The entire apartment is tiled, some with a wood look. Electric shutters and underfloor heating ensure the corresponding feel-good factor. There is a lockable bike shed for your bikes with charging for e-bikes. The car can enjoy the vacation on the apartment's own parking space in front of the house. A laundry package can be booked. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is possible on the balcony. A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request, as is a stair gate in the attic.
