Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a prime location in Greetsiel

This beautiful and comfortable upstairs apartment with a large loft area and balcony is situated in a quiet yet central location, right next to the Koppke in Greetsiel. The fishing harbour, cosy restaurants, and supermarket are just a few steps away. The large wellness/sauna area at the “Koppke” is practically within walking distance—you can even go in your dressing gown.

Spacious, tastefully furnished living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, blender, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and much more. The dining table seats 5 people. The cosy sofa and two armchairs are perfect for cosy evenings in front of the TV. Books and board games are also available. There is also a DVD player.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer. Blackout curtains are provided for the skylight.

The entire apartment (1st floor, excluding the loft) features comfortable underfloor heating.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed). The bedroom with the two single beds has an additional flat-screen TV. The spacious loft features a comfortable sofa that can be pulled out to serve as a sleeping area for a fifth person. The loft has laminate flooring.

The triangular skylight in the attic, which offers a magnificent view of Greetsiel, can be darkened with pleated blinds, as can the roof window. Fly screens are provided.

The balcony is furnished with new furniture. A patio umbrella is provided.

A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge.

A parking space is available.

Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed, which also has an electrical socket for charging electric bicycles.

The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
