Your Sandwelle apartment is located here at the gateway between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. The main building, the Alte Seefahrtschule, where your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992, it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The modern apartment on the 1st OG convinces with a bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom and is accessible via an elevator. The high ceilings of the apartment created there underline the friendly and spacious character. The beach house-style apartment offers a high level of comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Afterwards you can relax in one of the two saunas with an experience shower and in the relaxation room. The living room leads to the 5 m² south balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of the lagoon. The balcony is furnished with a table, two chairs and two deck chairs. Enjoy the day with a glass of wine and let it end in the evening sun. The open NOLTE - fitted kitchen borders the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. Seat shell chairs, which are gray in the timeless, provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. A large dining table offers space for the whole family. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. With its cozy, large sofa, the living area invites you to spend wonderful moments together with family or friends - enjoy the unique view from here too. A flat-screen TV (50 inches), free WiFi and a hi-fi system are available for media entertainment. The furniture of the bedroom is kept in modern white and brown. The wardrobe is in a separate dressing room. The modern, freshly made box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedrooms. Here you also have the option of using a 32-inch flat-screen TV. The bathroom impresses with a walk-in shower, underfloor heating, a toilet and a vanity with a vanity unit. The modern, dark floor tiles and light wall tiles create a special flair. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. A washer dryer is also available. The rental office and bread service are located in the main building. A carport parking space can be booked for your apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
