The 3-room apartment, furnished in a maritime style, is located on the 2nd Upper floor of the beach house of a newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. A modern apartment building was built next to the main building. Your holiday apartment is located in this. The modern ambience and the bright colors underline the friendly and spacious character. Start your day with a fantastic view of the bay from the 30 m² corner balcony, which you can reach from the living room and the bedroom. The balcony has a table with four chairs and two comfortable sun loungers and deck chairs. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area looks bright and friendly. The large sofa bed with a lounge chair invites you to cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. A flat-screen TV (50 inches) and a hi-fi system are available for entertainment. There is free WiFi in the entire apartment. Your own infrared cabin in the entrance area offers you an unforgettable holiday feeling. The open-plan NOLTE fitted kitchen adjoining the living room is modern and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. The large dining table with four comfortable shell chairs is in timeless gray. The two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a sofa bed, provide a wonderful view with their floor-to-ceiling windows. Two bedside tables with bedside lamps next to the large bed provide for the cozy atmosphere. Large wardrobes with an integrated safe for your valuables offer plenty of storage space. From one bedroom you can go straight to the modern tiled bathroom. These are equipped with a vanity unit with a base cabinet, a walk-in shower and a towel radiator. The separate toilet can be reached via a sliding door. The apartment has a washer dryer and is equipped with underfloor heating. The in-house wellness and fitness area is available to you and your accompanying guests in the main house. Relax in the two saunas and the experience shower or relax in a relaxation room.
