Miami Design District, strategically located apartment, 4 miles from Downtown and FTX Arena, 1.5 miles from Wynwood, 10 minutes from Miami Beach Convention Center Recently renovated, in a pristine maintained building with lots of good energy, a true Oasis in the middle of Miami's exciting tourism life. This suite is recently renovated, is very clear and clean, its beds are very comfortable (Two Queen Bed) 55 inches smart TV and high-speed WIFI. The building is really an oasis in the center of the Miami action, it has free parking. I will not be near the apartment all the time, but in case you need something, you can call or send a text message and I can assist you, I remind you that the office hours are from 8 am to 8 pm. This beautiful and comfortable suit is located in a small building from the 60's (old Miami style) super well maintained and renovated this year, it is very well located in the Miami Desing District, really close to everything, using the APP UBER or Lyft you with $ 4 or $ 5 dollars you can reach all the most popular tourist attractions in Miami, 5 minutes from South Beach, 4 minutes from Miami Arenas, 5 minutes from Down Town, 5 minutes from Bay Side, 3 minutes from Windwood Walls. Located walking distance from luxurious stores such as Gucci, Berluty, Bvulgari, Cartier, Dior, among others, and excellent restaurants.

Communication with host-Had to request access code multiple times & requested heat source as there was a cold snap in Miami & never rcvd a response. Luckily there were fleece blankets in closet. Parking-was told had free access to 1 space, but on multiple occasions there was no available space. Folding doors on closet did not align above & below on the same track to close door properly. We left with out making the beds assuming we had
