Your sunrise apartment is located here at the gateway between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, in the old Maritime School. A dream for couples, families, dropouts and all generations. The main building, the Alte Seefahrtschule, where your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations. The Maritime School was reopened in 2020. The modern 53m² 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor is accessible via an elevator and impresses with a balcony facing east, a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom with access to the balcony a dining table and four comfortable shell chairs as well as the fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen, which makes the hearts of all hobby cooks beat faster. It is equipped with built-in electrical appliances, such as an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a toaster. The living area with its cozy sofa bed, the armchair and the access to the balcony invites you to enjoy wonderful moments with your family or friends - enjoy the unique view from here too. You can watch the rising sun on the furnished balcony. The high ceilings of the apartment underline the friendly and spacious character. The beach house style apartment offers maximum comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide media entertainment in the living area. Of course you have free WiFi and a safe for your valuables. The furniture of the bedroom is kept in modern white and brown. A wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedroom. The modern box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invite you to dream. Here you also have the option of using a 32-inch flat-screen TV. In the modern bathroom in the style of a beach house, you have a walk-in shower, a toilet, a vanity with a vanity unit. The light, sand-colored floor tiles create a special flair. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. A washer dryer is available in the connected storage room. You and your accompanying guests can use the in-house fitness and wellness area. In a fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Then you can relax in one of the two saunas with experience showers and relaxation room. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
