The 54 m² apartment Ostseesonne awaits you in a modern atmosphere on the 2nd Upper floor of the apartment complex Zwei Wasser. You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator in the main building. The maritime school, in which your beautiful holiday apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992, it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. Via the hallway, equipped with a cloakroom, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, you reach the big heart of this apartment. A light-flooded [nbsp] living / dining and sleeping area equipped with a sofa and two armchairs to relax. A comfortable box spring bed (180cm x 200cm), bedside tables and bedside lamps await you in another corner. Seat shell chairs in timeless gray and a table for hours together provide comfortable seating in the dining area. To enjoy the air, you can go to your 5m² west balcony and relax on the sun loungers. The harmoniously coordinated furniture in the style of a beach house, the murals and home accessories let you quickly calm down and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering installed throughout the apartment has a simple and subtle effect and cozy warmth is brought in by underfloor heating.
