Ärgerliche Umstände wegen fehlender Laken
Leider wurde im Objekt keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher hinterlassen. Auf Anfrage wurde diese gebracht aber es wurde nur ein Laken gebracht.
Auf weitere Anfrage und Reklamation wurde dies nicht nachgeliefert. Eine Person musste ohne Laken schlafen. Leider war die Kommunikation wenig verständnisvoll und hat den Fehler bei uns nicht bei sich gesucht
