The south orientation of the apartment emphasizes the bright and friendly beach house style. The main building in which the apartment is located, the Old Maritime School, was built between 1847 and 1849 and used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and reopened in 2020. A high quality box spring bed (180cm x 200cm) awaits you in the bedroom. A 32 inch flat screen TV, bedside tables, night lamps and a wardrobe with safe complete the room. Here you can relax and quickly find peace. Via the hallway, equipped with a wardrobe, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, you can access the large, light-flooded living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and an armchair and is complemented by a modern seating group consisting of a dining table and four chairs. The bathroom is en suite to your bedroom. The stylish bathroom with modern tiles in warm tones impresses with a walk-in shower, a large vanity with base cabinet and a towel radiator. A washer dryer is available to clean your laundry for longer stays. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide media entertainment in the living area. Of course, free WiFi is available in all areas. Due to the south orientation, a lot of light enters the apartment. The NOLTE fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories and borders on the living room. The rental office, a vending machine and the bread service are located in the main building. A parking space can be booked for your apartment. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Afterwards you can relax in one of the two saunas with an experience shower and in the relaxation room. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
