Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Wir können die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft völlig ausgekühlt, alle Heizungen ausgestellt. Trotz höchster Stufe wurden die Heizungen auch in den Folgetagen nur lauwarm. Ende Dezember bedeutete dies, dass die Wohnung durchweg sehr kalt war. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage beim Vermieter gab es keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Lösungsvorschläge.Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung an sich war in Ordnung, das Bettzeug (Decken und Kopfkissen) leider übersäht mit Flecken. Da gibt es in der Region leider deutlich bessere Preis-Leistungs-Angebote.

Alles war rundum gut

Die Wohnung haben wir ordentlich vorgefunden. Die Einrichtung ist durchaus in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles in Ordnung. Ein gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis und wir werden sicher die Wohnung bei Gelegenheit wieder für uns buchen.

Wir, meine Tochter und meine beiden Enkel haben in Wustrow sehr schöne Ferientage verlebt. Die Wohnung war ordentlich, sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir für diese Zeit benötigten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe und der Sonnenuntergang am Abend ein wunderschönes Naturschauspiel.

Kurzurlaub

Mein Sohn und ich waren quasi nur zum Übernachten dort, waren aber sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist recht groß und gut ausgestattet. Zudem war es sauber und der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Einzig im Schlafzimmer hätte ich mir neben den Plissees noch Vorhänge gewünscht, da dort abends die Sonne herein scheint und es doch recht hell war (wegen Kleinkind früh im Bett). Alles in Allem zu empfehlen.

An der steilen Treppe ist nichts zu ändern. Für älter Menschen fast nicht zu bewältigen. Obwohl man für die Sauberkeit viel Geld bezahlen muss, lässt sie zu wünschen übrig. An allen Fenstern viel Spinngewebe. Handtuchhalter in der Küche lose. Couch sehr fusselig. Trotz Fliegengitter an Fenster überall Wespen, vor allem im Treppenhaus. Dicke Staubschicht auf Flurmöbel.

Eine sehr geräumige FeWo, die größer wirkte als dargestellt. Sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter, der sich sehr nett nachfragte, Job alles i.O. sei. Zu empfehlen.

Das Internet funktionierte nicht und es gab auf meine Mail nur die Antwort man befände sich in Spanien, man kenne das… Einrichtung billig und nicht unser Geschmack, allerdings schöner Holzfußboden, Blick aus dem Fenster trostlos trotz schönem Ort, Schlafcouch funktionierte nicht, Beleuchtung eigenartig

Herbsturlaub 2021

Die FeWo ist im Großen und Ganzen OK. Es ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht (auch wenn es für uns wirkte wie abgezählt Müllbtl/Toilettenpapier). Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht ganz so optimal bei Anreise. Für den Preis der Endreinigung hätte ich mir mehr erhofft (Sofa war verfusselt, Haare im Abfluss des Waschbecken, irgendwelche Blutflecken an den Wänden von zerquetschten Insekten). Die Dusche war sehr rutschig (eine Einlage für den Boden wäre überlegenswert). Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist alles andere als "Für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignete Wohnung" (auch Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung/ältere Menschen werden hier keine Freude haben. Auch funktionierte wieder/immer noch nicht das WLAN. Das wurde ja schon hier von anderer Stelle bemängelt und auch von einem anderen Mieter während unserem Aufenthalt. Wenn in Zukunft diese Dinge /bis auf die Treppe) abgestellt werden, dann könnte es durchaus eine schuckelige Wohnung für 9-12 Tage sein. Ich würde mich freuen.

Familienwochenende

Die Wohnung war super, für ein Wochenende mit 4 Erwachsenen OK, für längeren Aufenthalt eher ein bisschen größer nehmen, zu Zweit kann man auch super länger bleiben. Schön ruhig gelegen, Supermarkt und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung war auch ok, die Deko sehr schön gewählt. Kontakt mit Vermieter und Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort hat bestens geklappt. Unser Fazit gerne wieder.

Perfekter Ort für eine Auszeit

Die Tage in dieser Wohnung waren sehr erholsam. Alles ist wie beschrieben, die Wohnung sauber, ruhig und so eingerichtet, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Die Umgebung ist sowieso erstklassig, wir waren schon öfter in Wustrow und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne und gut gelegene FeWo

Lage: man ist schnell am Strand, Bäcker etc. aber auch am Hafen/Bodden. FeWo: recht viel Platz, gute Betten, ausreichend Platz zum Fahrräder abstellen im Hof und Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wustrow: sehr schöner Ort mit feinsandigem Strand und Seebrücke sowie Hafen am Bodden. Im Vergleich zu Zingst/Prerow wohltuend nicht überlaufen und viel Platz am Strand.

Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Es ging super unkompliziert von statten. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Lage ist super und es gab einen Parkplatz. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Hat alles super geklappt

Hat alles super geklappt. Einzigstes Mango war das fehlende W-Lan- es hat nicht funktioniert und die Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer konnte nicht vorgenommen werden (keine Rollos vorhanden)- Rollos sollen aber laut Vermittler in naher Zukunft angebracht werden. Bei der W- Lan sache war unser Aufenthalt noch zu kurz um es zu klären. Diese Wohnung kann ich aber getrost weiter empfehlen da Sie im Zentrum und von allen nicht weit weg war.

Zentralgelegen und großzügiger Zuschnitt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Sie ist großzügig zugeschnitten und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Die weiteren Bewohner waren nicht zu hören. Wir waren Ende September in Wustrow. Nachts wurde es schon kalt. Die Heizung war optimal eingestellt. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Mit dem zwei Plattenherd muss der Kochvorgang gut organisert werden. Die Vertretung des Vermieters schien jederzeit erreichbar zu sein und hat unterstützt. Wir werden wieder kommen.
