The elements merge on the coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in beautiful northeastern Germany. There the country nestles into the sea and forms a region unique in Europe: the Pomeranian lagoon landscape with the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. This is exactly where the modern, beach house style apartment Welleneck is located in the Wustrow Maritime School. The historic walls have been lovingly renovated and reopened in 2020. The 128 m² apartment on the first floor is accessible via an elevator and has a corner balcony facing south-west, its two bathrooms, a dressing room, a kitchen with island, a bedroom with access to the balcony and the master's bedroom (inside). A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. Via the entrance area you get into the open dining area with a dining table and four comfortable shell chairs as well as a bathroom, the sauna and a bedroom. From the dining area you can access the fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen, which makes the hearts of all hobby cooks beat faster. It is equipped with built-in electrical appliances, such as an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and toaster, a cooking island with an induction cooker and contains numerous accessories. The bedrooms are decorated in bright, modern tones. The comfortable box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The wardrobe with integrated safe for your valuables and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedroom. The beach house-style bathrooms impress with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a vanity unit. A bathroom has a washer dryer. The modern, light wall tiles and the dark floor tiles create a special flair. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. The infrared cabin is adjacent to one of the two bathrooms. The 3-room apartment in the beach house style can accommodate 4 people. Here you can spend a cozy holiday at any time of the year. The high ceilings underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. With its comfortable sofa bed and two lounge chair armchairs, the living area invites you to spend relaxing hours together. Through the large windows you can see the lagoon and watch what is happening on the water. A separate room provides more storage space. The harmoniously coordinated furniture, the murals and home accessories let you calm down quickly and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi available in the apartment. The 7m² balcony is accessible from the bedroom and living room. It has two tables with four chairs and four sun loungers and ensures the magical moments of the surroundings. Here you can enjoy the midday and evening sun and watch the sailing ships on the bay. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, located in the main building, invites you to relax. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. The rental office with bread service is also located in the main building. A carport parking space for your car can be booked for the apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
