Great beach bungalow

Nice view and Clean

We enjoyed this condo for a fall color tour. Updated, clean, great view and always beautiful grounds at the Homestead. Unfortunately we missed the personal service of LVR Rentals. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi: the password from Vacasa is incorrect. Two phone calls to them and two promises to return our call. No call back at all for the entire time we were there. This would’ve been remedied immediately with LVR. So sorry they sold out to Vacasa.

Lovely condo; great location. Only problem was it is sooo loud. You can hear every sound from the condos above and below you. Heavy stomping/blenders on early every morning in the condo above us.

This place served our needs perfectly! Location was right in the middle of our destinations, the condo was very clean, and the view was beautiful! We had an issue with the water diverter on the shower. We called the office and they sent someone out to replace the part right away. Everything went smoothly.

Great condo with spectacular views

The condo was lovely--very updated, modern, and clean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony that overlooks the Crystal River with a dune behind and Sleeping Bear Bay beyond that. It was wonderful to hear the waves breaking. Our only complaint is the exterior. The porches, stairs, deck area could stand to be dusted for cobwebs, power washed, and re-stained. I imagine the association is responsible for that, and it definitely needs some TLC. But the interior was just as described and very comfortable. The grounds of The Homestead are beautiful, and we enjoyed the deer who came onto the grounds to graze in the evenings. Loved the proximity to Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.
