The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking and a covered entry. A convenient elevator makes unpacking your beach gear a breeze. The refreshing pool (heated for a fee) is sure to be a hit with everyone in your group and it enjoys a privacy fence and patio table for those poolside lunches. An enclosed outdoor shower is refreshing after a long day at the beach and a fish cleaning area with a park-style grill is provided for your catch of the day.

The first floor of this Island home offers a spacious bedroom with a full private bathroom, TV, and direct access to the covered deck. The second bedroom enjoys a TV, direct access to the covered deck, and a full private bathroom. The double bedroom enjoys a TV and a full private bathroom. A laundry area with a washer/dryer is provided on this level for guest convenience.

The second floor of this home enjoys an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan for everyone to gather. The well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four is sure to please the chef in your group. The large dining table seats eight for coastal meals, games, and puzzles. The living room enjoys comfortable seating and a TV for movie night. Step outside to the covered deck to enjoy the sea breeze with Adirondack chairs, a patio table for alfresco dining, and distant views of the Gulf. The bedroom on the second floor enjoys a TV and a full private bathroom with twin sinks and a jetted bathtub. THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
