The exterior of this inviting beach home offers convenient under-house concrete parking. Steps from the house is a sparkling, private, fenced pool for everyone to enjoy or simply catch some sun in the multiple chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower and fish cleaning table for your fresh catch.

The first floor offers a wealth of sleeping spaces. The second floor offers breathtaking natural light in the open-concept living space. The well-appointed kitchen provides all you need to prepare delicious meals with family and friends. The kitchen island offers seating for four, and a large dining table will seat up to eight for meals and games together. The living room offers an oversized, comfy couch for lounging and two club chairs. Its large windows, which face the stunning beach, allow you to take in the beauty of the Gulf waters and the incredible starry nights. A laundry room with a washer/dryer is on this floor for added convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
