About this property

Enjoy Portland while staying in our light and bright basement apartment in the University Park neighborhood of St. Johns. Walking distance to the University of Portland, and a great food truck pod. We are less than 5 mi from the Moda Center. It's a nice get away from downtown Portland, but only a 15 minute drive. Also close to the beautiful St. John's bridge/park and the Alberta Arts District. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a sleeper sofa. There's a separate entrance.

The living room has a smart TV with streaming services. There's a fold down couch that turns into a bed in the living room. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. There is a short set of stairs down to the apartment.
