About this property

Welcome to "The boys of summer rental" at Beach Residency AND electricity is INCLUDED !! . This 2022 newly renovated condo has 2400 sq ft of inside living space on 2 levels and your very own private roof top terrace. The first level has the main living room with a TV and a slider that opens out to the balcony with an ocean and pool view. We have a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances with a stove, dishwasher, Refrigerator with filtered water, and an ice maker. The dining table comfortably seats 8 will all of the utensils for a dinner party. There is 1 king bedroom on this floor.

The 2nd floor has a large family room with a 65" TV and high-speed internet that covers the entire condo and terrace. There are 2 bedrooms on this level and both have ensuite baths.

The 3rd level 1000 sq ft rooftop has an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean and palm trees. There is an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, heated jetted hot tub, outdoor day bed, outdoor kitchen, and a gas grill.

Our property manager can arrange private transport from/to airport, personal chef, massages, tours, car rental and any special request to make this a memorable vacation.

THIS UNIT IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR. OUR SECURITY PERSON WILL TAKE YOUR LUGGAGE UP AND DOWN

Wonderful Space

In a great location with lots of space for our group to spread out. Quick walk to the beach--recommend heading to The View for lunch and if you want more than the camp chairs provided in the unit to sit on at the beach. Wonderful rooftop space, and agree it could all use some sprucing/updating/deep cleaning, but we're laid back and felt perfectly at home throughout our 12-day stay. A quiet complex with respectful and friendly neighbors. Shared pool is small, the loungers are few, and taken early in the day, we only used it on the last day while awaiting transport. The unit is decorated nicely, with comfy beds and linens. Olga & Melvyn are wonderful, responsive, helpful property managers.
