Very nice apartment (new building) with shared pool and lake view.

Ideal starting point for excursions that lead to the lake or the mountains.

The bright and friendly new apartment is located in the hills of Lazise, on the first floor with a wonderful lake view. Very quiet area. The city center, about 1 km away, can be easily reached on foot (in 10 minutes).

1 bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, 1 living-dining area with kitchen and 1 service bathroom, a 40m² terrace with a view of Lake Garda and a dining table. Double sofa bed in the living area.

The new kitchen is equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, a beautiful dining table, 2 sofa, satellite TV (40 inches) and a terrace for outdoor meals.

The WIFI service is both indoors.

Air conditioning, private parking in a courtyard and a shared garden with a swimming pool.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Minors must always be accompanied by at least one adult.

Our stay in Irma’s property was absolutely amazing. By far the best rental property we have stayed in. The apartment is immaculately clean and has everything you need and more. It has fantastic views of the lake and a 15 minute walk into beautiful Lazise. The shared swimming pool is a lovely area with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas however the pool is a little chilly. During our stay we mostly had this space to ourselves and overall the property and its grounds are very private. We really appreciated the gifts on arrival consisting of fresh fruit, pastries and cold drinks in the fridge. Would highly recommend a visit. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay in Lazise

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. We enjoyed everything about it, the nice welcoming from Irma, with drinks, snacks and fruit provided for us, the big terrace with the view of the lake, the pool we had all to ourselves for most of the times we used it. Irma didn’t speak much English herself, but her son was there to welcome us together with his mum and was very helpful in guiding us - there was also manuals and instructions in English in the house. It was all great and we highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful time at Garda Lake

We spent almost 1 week at this fantastic apartment! Irma, the host, and her husband were extremely nice and hospitable, always available for any advice .. the apartment is part of a private residence with 12 villas (swimming pool area with garden / only cons: only 1 umbrella available ... ), extremely reserved and quite, exactly what we were aiming for!! awesome sunset lake view from the private terrace (2 sunbeds). Apartment is all new and perfectly clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay: you feel like home!!.. Lazise is near by, just 15 min walk or 2 min by car (parking available). What can we say more? definitely a place to come back.... ! thanks to the hosts!!

Holiday from our Vacation

After visiting Rome, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi Coast, Siena, Florence, Venice and Verona for the past month, we had a need for relaxing and a beautiful environment. Lazise was the perfect stop for the past several days. Water, sunshine and a small town set us up for a great stay, but did we choose the right lodging? Oh boy, did we ever!! This beautiful 2nd floor abode was fantastic. The hosts were great and we never tired of the beautiful lake views from our very large balcony. This is a newer unit so it is updated with all that one would need. It is in a secured neighborhood, so very safe and quiet. There are paths down to the town and the lake. This walk takes about 10 minutes and is a moderate uphill climb back to the apartment. Because of this, if you have mobility issues, this may not be your best option. Plus, you have access to the community pool. One of our best vrbos ever

Super tolle Workation

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat auch alles bestens geklappt, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Die Wohnung ist ideal bei Workation, da man vom Schreibtisch während der Arbeitszeit einen herrlichen Blick auf den See hat. Die Vermieterin Irma ist sehr herzlich, sehr nett und hilft bei allen Fragen. Nach Lazise ist es zu Fuß nur ca. 10-15 Min. Wir hatten die E-Bikes dabei, diese konnten wir in einem abschließbaren Raum unterstellen. Die ganze Anlage ist top gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider wetterbedingt nicht mehr nutzen. Dieser ist aber sehr groß mit einer schönen Liegewiese. Leider konnten wir die sehr große Terrasse auch nicht mehr viel nutzen. Aber bei tollem Wetter wird man wahrscheinlich die meiste Zeit dort verbringen. Es gibt zwei Liegen, Loungemöbel und ein großer Essbereich. Und am Abend einen tollen Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Appartement sehr empfehlen! Grüße Melanie und Uli gearbeitet hatWir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Ausblick genossen. Wohnung zum wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung hat allen unseren Wünschen und Vorstellungen zu 100 Prozent entsprochen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse zum See ist traumhaft, ebenso ist die Sauberkeit hervorzuheben. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt das wir gleich wieder gebucht haben. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß nach einem kurzen Spaziergang sehr gut zu erreichen. Unbeschreiblich schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben von der ersten Minute unseren Urlaub genießen können. Die Wohnung war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es war perfekt für unvergessliche Urlaubstage. So eine schöne Ferienwohnung haben wir noch nie vorgefunden - einfach toll! Die Ruhe in der Anlage und die Aussicht auf den See waren traumhaft. Wunderschöner Urlaub in Lazise

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Lazise war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber,ordentlich und sehr modern ausgestattet, was für uns besonders wichtig war.. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Lazise selbst ist ein wunderschöner Ort, perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen. Top Unterkunft, Top Blick auf den See, Top Vermieter

Wir können hier nur eine TopBewertung abgeben. Bei den verfügbaren 5 Sternen geben wir gerne 6 :-). Es ist tatsächlich alles so, wie es die anderen Urlauber auch beschrieben haben. Wir waren schon einige Male in Lazise gewesen und hatten immer so knapp 700 Meter Luftlinie von Belvedere unsere Unterkunft gehabt. Als wir dann seinerzeit bei FeWo die Bilder von der Terrasse und der Wohnung gesehen haben war klar, da muss es hingehen. Der Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schon prima, der Empfang durch Irma und ihren Mann war so, als wenn man sich schon etliche Male getroffen hatte. Der Kühlschrank war bestückt und über den Obstteller sind wir abends direkt „hergefallen“ - grazie. Über Wohnung und Balkon wurde schon alles in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben. Absolut Premium, da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Für unsere Art Urlaub zu machen super geeignet. Die Terrasse ein Traum. Und selten in Italien so sicher gefühlt. In einem Wort: Fantastisch. Superschöne Wohnung

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr feundlich. Der Blick Richtung Gardasee ist wunderschön. Bei herrlichen Wetter konnten wir den Pool gut nutzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Fewo mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den See

Bei der Vermieterin Irma und ihrem Mann merkt man sofort, dass die Freundlichkeit mit der man empfangen wird absolut von Herzen kommt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell eingerichtet, haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist einfach alles vorhanden, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Der Ausblick von der großen Dachterrasse auf den See ist traumhaft schön. Trotz heißen Temperaturen hatten wir den sehr schönen und großen Pool fast immer für uns alleine. Wir können diese Wohnung mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen, haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht.

Tolles Appartement mit wundervollem Blick auf den See

Wir wurden von Irma sehr herzlich begrüßt. Zum Empfang langen leckere süße Stückchen bereit, der Kühlschrank war mit kalten Getränken (alkoholfrei nebst Wein) reichlich bestückt. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, sehr gepflegt, pikobello sauber, sehr hell und toll eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts. Der sehr große Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den See könnte nicht schöner sein. Super Appartement, herrliche Aussicht und freundliche angenehme Vermieter

Der Urlaub, ab Buchung über Fewo bis zur Abreise, war unkompliziert, angenehm und einfach herrlich. Die Komunikation mit der Vermieterin Irma Roso war herzlich und unaufdringlich. Nach Anfrage durften wir auch früher einchecken als angegeben. Da es bei unserer Anreise sehr, sehr starke geregnet hat, wurden wir schon erwarte. Die Spuren vom Unwetter wurden auch gleich beseitigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstteller, Wasser, Bier, Wein und Softdrinks. Das Objekt war mehr als sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Handtücher, Bettwäsche...für die Waschmaschine war genügend Waschmittel vorhanden. Wenn etwas gefehlt hätte oder Fragen aufgekommen wären, hätten die Vermieter ausgeholfen. Aber bei uns gab es nix. Wir haben oft selbst gekocht, was in dieser Küche Spass macht. Der Balkon ist eine Wucht. Sehr groß mit Liegen, Tisch und Stühle und einer Sitzecke ausgestattet. Man kann den ganzen Tag darauf verbringen irgendwo ist immer Schatten. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön ein paar Häuser verdecken zwar etwas die gesamte Sicht aber man kann noch viel sehen. Die Poolanlage ist super. Schirme, Liegen alles da. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren Mitte August da und fast immer alleine am Pool, der sehr groß ist ca. 18x6 Meter. Lazise ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar ca. 15Minuten bis zum Hafen. Lazise ist im August sehr überlaufen aber wunderschön. Ein Sparmarkt und Lidl sind gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Spar hat sehr gute Wahre. Restaurants gibt es viele und die, die wir ausprobiert haben waren super lecker. Bordolino und Garda sind mit dem Auto in 10- bzw. 15 Min. zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Bei unserer Abreise bekamen wir noch eine Flasche Wein mit auf den Weg und eine herzliche Verabschiedung. Irma und ihr Mann sind wirklich süß. Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub, besser geht kaum. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderschöner Blick auf den Lago mit perfekten Gastgebern

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Neben den grandiosen Ausblick auf den See ist noch der Pool besonders hervorzuheben. Die Wohnung besticht außerdem durch Ihre Helligkeit und die sehr gehobene und gute Ausstattung. Alles war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns ab der ersten Minute im Urlaub angekommen. Irma und Luciano sind zudem perfekte Gastgeber.

8 tolle Tage mit meiner Tochter in Lazise

Die Bewertung der FeWo läßt sich ganz einfach mit einem Wort zusammenfassen: Fantastisch !!! Tolle Lage - 10 min. zum Ort Sehr, sehr freundliche Vermieter Leider wird im Sichtfeld zum See ein Haus gebaut, aber das trübt in keinster Weise den hervorragenden Gesamteindruck ! Sehr gehobenes Ambiente - Spitzenklasse
