Features a lush garden, unique pond, iconic pool design, and outdoor dining and sitting area. Note: The pool is not heated.

This property is not pet-friendly.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Packages can be left at the door; guests are responsible for retrieval and lost packages.

★ PARKING:
Roundabout driveway accommodates up to 5 cars.

★ COMMERCIAL USE:
No commercial photography or video without host consent and additional charge.

★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, portable crib, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

★ SAFETY:
Adherence to CDC cleaning standards with thorough disinfection and exterior surveillance cameras.

★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

★ OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Expect tropical conditions with diverse local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.

Guest Access:
Full home access. Owners live next door and are available for assistance.

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.

* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.

An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

The Neighborhood:
The Farmhouse Oasis Home is a short drive to the Florida Keys and nestled between two National Parks, Biscayne National Park and the Everglades National Park. The famous Schnebly Winery, the Southernmost Winery in the United States, offers a unique selection of exotic tropical fruit wines in a paradisiac setting as well as a brewery, located just minutes away.

The beautifully manicured oasis makes for the perfect backdrop for any bridal shower, wedding or event.

Getting Around:
Driving or uber is recommended

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours after 9 PM.
Primary guest booking must be at least 25 years of age.
All guests must be registered with the Host.

Please note that for safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to use the boat.
